PRODUCT VISION & STRATEGY
Establishing a product vision that eliminates pain points and challenges for patients, providers, and payors were the guiding tip of the spear. Optimizing each users ability to efficiently and effectively complete goals via simple and intuitive interactions that leveraged context, prediction, and automated computing where the differentiating elements of the Altais strategy. Key capability and feature concepts were created and validated as the product, engineering, and marketing team built the bridges to the optimized product intersections of: 1. desirability & usability, 2. business viability, and 3. technical feasibility. This strategy produced sufficient design architecture to set the technical and data direction, ultimately deliver prioritized roadmaps required to bring the Altais eNable platform to life..
