STORY TELLING

Storytelling is a potent tool in the arsenal of product and UX teams.  Storytelling serves as a bridge between design and the broader organization, aligning teams and stakeholders behind a common narrative. By crafting a compelling story, software designers can elucidate their design choices, user personas, and the overarching vision, fostering understanding and buy-in from cross-functional teams.

In addition, storytelling plays a pivotal role in the marketing function. It allows designers to translate technical intricacies into user-centric narratives that resonate with the target audience. This, in turn, enhances product marketing efforts by making complex software features relatable and engaging to potential users.

Lastly, storytelling serves as a powerful means of communicating a product's value to both customers and users. By weaving the user journey into a narrative, designers can showcase how the software addresses specific pain points, leading to improved user adoption and loyalty. Overall, storytelling not only enhances design cohesion but also drives marketing effectiveness and strengthens the connection between a software product and its audience.

This is the story of Alice, the eNable platform AI connecting the Patient and Payor experience to contextually deliver predictive healthcare capability while enabling Patient and Provider engagement throughout the year.

This story was used to sell 'Alice' as a concept to Board of Director approval and funding.  Then was used to connect product and engineering teams to product outcome.  Design artifacts and story populated Marketing DAM (Digital Asset Management) and used for pre-sale activities.
