USER JOURNEY
A fundamental component of servant leadership is ensuring all team members working on a product understand what the product is achieving for customers and users. Equally important is driving into the hearts and minds of the design, development, and delivery teams is understanding 'why' the solution is meaningful to customers and users. I often employ user journeys that help connect the business, data, and technical elements of the capabilities and features to a user story to illustrate experience.

In this example, the solution illustrates specific target workflows and paints the conditional experience.based on the patients health condition as it relates to a specific engagement stage with the patients PCP (primary care physician). Integrated capabilities and features along with required data and sourcing are included to bridge business and technical understanding. Opportunities for contextual delivery of capability, feature, an data are highlighted as well as targets for prediction and automation.
